In this episode, I make my return and share some quick thoughts on comedian Mark Normand. I then dive into a conversation with AI, exploring its insights and quirks. We also discuss an interesting topic—how to stop AI from getting "pissed off" and what that really means in the grand scheme of things. Finally, I wrap things up with some closing remarks.

Laugh More, Sleep More, Random Thoughts [worst or best ep ever 🌧️]
October 30th, 2019 | 1 hr 3 mins
comedy, insomnia, off-beat, rants, stream of consciousness
Adults laugh about 10 times a day, compared to 300 for children. I had an epiphany and it's been a while since I talked about the podcast/life/thoughts that we all probably need to hear. Not going to lie, this will either be the best or worst episode of the podcast. I talk about how/why this came to be, relate it to the podcast and shed some light on a few future projects I'm eager to get involved with more. Keep in mind, my voice and the podcast's purpose is to help you fall asleep and relax. Close your eyes, listen to the soothing sounds of nature and let my voice curb your insomnia.
Note: My long-windedness and loss of thought might have something to do with the Sativa (or maybe that's me).

Chappelle, Aziz, Bill Burr, 18 Years Ago [fire + rain AMSR 💤]
September 12th, 2019 | 1 hr 23 mins
chappelle, comedy, insomnia, netflix, sleep, twitter
We (as in me) reflect on my 9/11 experience (18 years ago), read an interesting perspective from the web, and discuss the Dave Chappelle, Aziz Anazari, and Bill Burr's comedy specials all in a mildly interesting manner. Not too interesting to keep your attention, but enough to listen to the background rain and ambiance to help you relax and fall asleep. Close your eyes, let your mind wander, and hopefully, I curb your insomnia.
