<itunes:subtitle>Adults laugh about 10 times a day, compared to 300 for children. I had an epiphany and it's been a while since I talked about the podcast/life/thoughts that we all probably need to hear. Not going to lie, this will either be the best or worst episode of the podcast. I talk about how/why this came to be, relate it to the podcast and shed some light on a few future projects I'm eager to get involved with more. Keep in mind, my voice and the podcast's purpose is to help you fall asleep and relax. Close your eyes, listen to the soothing sounds of nature and let my voice curb your insomnia.

Note: My long-windedness and loss of thought might have something to do with the Sativa (or maybe that's me).</itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:subtitle>Facebook is getting a bit too fresh with their ads. They track and monitor our behavior, and while it can be argued that it's a good thing, there should be a line drawn somewhere. Maybe I'm just annoyed by assumptive marketing, I break down some Facebook insights and read through the hundreds of Facebook demographic targeting methods for your (mild) amusement. If that doesn't make you fall asleep, my yawn-inducing voice along with background rain and fire sounds will do the trick (fingers crossed)</itunes:subtitle>

<p>I like how Facebook gives me spoonfed ads that are semi-relevant. I don't like how they listen to my conversations and it wouldn't surprise me if they record my camera either. But let's stick with what we KNOW instead of speculation, though I'll speculate per request. <p>This episode I go full YAWN mode and talk about Facebook, ad targeting, and rant for a bit. </p>
