<itunes:subtitle>"i hate the feeling." "why won't it make sense?" "can't sleep and can't help but wonder why." What do all these quotes have in common? Well, lofi hip-hop that's what. I'm old (well 34) and I was once a teen half a life ago and nothing makes me feel more serene than reading lofi hip-hop youtube comments. I like to think of them as a vessel to the past (or future) of wisdom that we all could be reminded of once in a while. This episode includes lofi-music in the 1st half.</itunes:subtitle>

I'm old (well 34) and I was once a teen half a life ago and nothing makes me feel more serene than reading lofi hip-hop youtube comments. I like to think of them as a vessel to the past (or future) of wisdom that we all could be reminded of once in a while. This episode includes lofi-music in the 1st half (fades in around the 8 minute mark) and of course steady white noise drizzled into your eardrums.

I wouldn't be shocked if this episode catches wind for teens, so the comments being read start at the 8 minute mark as well. As you look up at the ceiling tonight and ponder life, feel at ease that you aren't completely alone.

<itunes:subtitle>Insomnia sucks but the way I talk tends to put people to sleep and induce yawns. I'm going old school with a stream-of-consciousness episode where I talk about the podcast and where it's headed, sleeping tips, removing distractions, and vocalizing the ridiculousness of how many damn apps I have on my (and likely our) phones. It's time we step up, action up, and make our days worthwhile. Remember, this is a sleep and relaxation podcast: This is best suited for anyone that has insomnia, needs sleep, or just wants to get their mind off their day.</itunes:subtitle>

<itunes:subtitle>This episode features my mildly-amusing and ill-informed NFL week 10 picks and predictions. I review week 9 results (Big yikes). I also go over my anti-power rankings in which I review my top ten worst NFL teams heading into week 10 of the NFL. This is primarily used for semi-entertainment WITH THE GOAL to turn your mind off and focus on the background white noise paired with my sleep-inducing voice to create a relaxing, calm, and stress-relieving experience. All sports analysis is a bonus :).</itunes:subtitle>

Not a strong week 9, my zestiness is gone. This episode features week 10 NFL picks and predictions. Keep in mind, I am not a (professional) sports analyst, this is used for (semi) entertainment purposes while using background noises to induce sleep and relaxation. I blend in rain sounds and outdoor sounds to help you relax and help get rid of insomnia and for sleep. My underdog picks: Whoops. I feel really good about this week. Remember, ALWAYS do your due diligence, most of my NFL picks are for fun and my analysis is often based on survival pick'ems so every week I do hyper-focus on a few key matchups (not all of them).

Also: NFL Week 10 ANTI-Power Rankings. This is starting to become a decent indicator of predicting terrible and how they perform against each other. I made the ANTI-Power rankings to be EXTRA and to focus on the WORST teams heading into week 10 of the NFL season. Everyone says the same things for good teams, let's flip the script and focus on the bottom feeders based on previous weeks performances. I've noticed that my anti-power rankings do a decent job of identifying bad teams and correct underdog spread picks.

The order of the anti-power rankings goes from #1 (the worst of the worst) through #10 (least worst). Starting at #1 with the purpose of being the least interested by #10 as you drift off into dreamland. I'm including ranks#11-15 to help bring in more context of movers & shakers throughout the NFL

Feeling tired and need some background noise? I can help. I offer a list of several ways to help fix your sleep (while discussing what worked for me) and offer personal advice.
