Insomnia sucks but the way I talk tends to put people to sleep and induce yawns. I'm going old school with a stream-of-consciousness episode where I talk about the podcast and where it's headed, sleeping tips, removing distractions, and vocalizing the ridiculousness of how many damn apps I have on my (and likely our) phones. It's time we take step up, action up, and make our days chase up.

This podcast is best suited for anyone that has insomnia, needs sleep, or just wants to get their mind off their day.
