Home remedies are something I've used when I was very broke in my early 20s. Surprisingly, they've worked well. I wanted to account for the few times I used homemade remedies that have worked and offer my logic behind doing it. I still use some of these to this day. Why? Because it's damn cheaper and more effective than the alternatives, seriously. Don't forget to not listen too closely, this is a sleep & relaxation podcast.
