  • Laugh More, Sleep More, Random Thoughts [worst or best ep ever 🌧️]

    October 30th, 2019  |  1 hr 3 mins
comedy, insomnia, off-beat, rants, stream of consciousness

Adults laugh about 10 times a day, compared to 300 for children. I had an epiphany and it's been a while since I talked about the podcast/life/thoughts that we all probably need to hear. Not going to lie, this will either be the best or worst episode of the podcast. I talk about how/why this came to be, relate it to the podcast and shed some light on a few future projects I'm eager to get involved with more. Keep in mind, my voice and the podcast's purpose is to help you fall asleep and relax. Close your eyes, listen to the soothing sounds of nature and let my voice curb your insomnia.

Note: My long-windedness and loss of thought might have something to do with the Sativa (or maybe that's me).

  • NFL Picks Week 8, Anti-Power Rankings, Upset Picks [πŸ’€ time]

    October 24th, 2019  |  1 hr 22 mins
insomnia, nfl, relax, sleep, sports picks

This episode features my mildly-amusing and ill-informed NFL week 8 picks and predictions. I review week 7 results (heating back up). I also go over my anti-power rankings in which I review my top ten worst NFL teams heading into week 8. This is primarily used for semi-entertainment WITH THE GOAL to turn your mind off and focus on the background white noise paired with my sleep-inducing voice to create a relaxing, calm, and stress-relieving experience. All sports analysis is a bonus :).

  • Home Remedies Tested (Wart Removal & Sore Throats) [they work 🌧️]

    October 23rd, 2019  |  1 hr 3 secs
    health, medicine, remedy, sick, sleep

Home remedies are something I've used when I was very broke in my early 20s. Surprisingly, they've worked well. I wanted to account for the few times I used homemade remedies that have worked and offer my logic behind doing it. I still use some of these to this day. Why? Because it's damn cheaper and more effective than the alternatives, seriously. Don't forget to not listen too closely, this is a sleep & relaxation podcast. Rain sounds & soothing noise to help you calm down and destress. Sleep easy.

  • NFL Picks Week 7, Anti-Power Rankings, Upset Picks [rain storm + πŸ’€]

    October 16th, 2019  |  1 hr 26 mins

This episode features my mildly-amusing and ill-informed NFL week 7 picks and predictions. I review week 6 results (turning a corner). insomnia, nfl, nfl picks, self, sleep

This episode features my mildly-interesting, yet ill-informed NFL week 6 picks and predictions. I review week 5 results (very sad, but not too bad). Even better, I go over my anti-power rankings in which I review my top ten worst NFL teams heading into week 6. This is primarily used for semi-entertainment WITH THE GOAL to turn your mind off and focus on the background white noise paired with my sleep-inducing voice to create a sleep-inducing and stress-relieving experience. All sports analysis is a bonus :).

  • Facebook Privacy, Assumptive Marketing [rants + 🌧️ πŸ’€]

    October 8th, 2019  |  1 hr 7 mins
facebook, insomnia, rants, sleep, social media

Facebook is getting a bit too fresh with their ads. They track and monitor our behavior, and while it can be argued that it's a good thing, there should be a line drawn somewhere. Maybe I'm just annoyed by assumptive marketing, I break down some Facebook insights and read through the hundreds of Facebook demographic targeting methods for your (mild) amusement. If that doesn't make you fall asleep, my yawn-inducing voice along with background rain and fire sounds will do the trick (fingers crossed)

  • NFL Picks Week 5, Anti-Power Rankings, Upset Picks [rain outside πŸ’€]

    October 3rd, 2019  |  1 hr 30 mins
football, insomnia, nfl picks, sleep, sports

This episode features my mildly-interesting, yet ill-informed NFL week 5 picks. I review week 4's prediction results (very sad, but not too bad). Even better, I go over my anti-power rankings in which I review my top ten worst NFL teams heading into week 5. This is primarily used for semi-entertainment WITH THE GOAL to turn your mind off and focus on the background white noise paired with my sleep-inducing voice to create a sleep-inducing and stress-relieving experience. All sports analysis is a bonus :).

    September 26th, 2019  |  1 hr 27 mins
football, insomnia, nfl picks, sleep, sports

This episode features my mildly-interesting, yet ill-informed NFL week 4 picks. I review week 3's NFL prediction results (shameful). Even better, I go over my anti-power rankings in which I review my top ten worst NFL teams heading into week 4. This is primarily used for semi-entertainment WITH THE GOAL to turn your mind off and focus on the background white noise paired with my sleep-inducing voice to create a sleep-inducing and stress-relieving experience. All sports analysis is a bonus :).

  • Grow Your Stream: Tips for Twitch & Youtube [soothing 🌧️ πŸ’€]

    September 25th, 2019  |  1 hr 14 mins
    esports, sleep, streaming, twitch, youtube

Want to stream for a living? Or be a full-time YouTuber? I give some (hopefully) useful gems that most people will take action on. Learn about what it takes to become a big streamer from a guy with too much time on his hands to analyze and consult streamers once in a blue moon. Learn what best platforms to use, the type of content needed, and decipher my long-winded advice all while listening to calming rain sounds to help you sleep. Get rid of insomnia by listening to my voice with talks about streaming.

  • NFL Picks Week 3, Anti-Power Rankings, Upset Picks [ill-informed + πŸ’€]

    September 19th, 2019  |  1 hr 30 mins
football, insomnia, nfl picks, sleep, sports

This episode features my semi-interesting, yet ill-informed NFL week 3 picks. Also reviewing week 2's NFL prediction results (which was pretty strong, if I say so). Continuing with a newer segment (Anti-power rankings) in which I review my top ten worst NFL teams heading into week 3 of the season. This is primarily used for semi-entertainment, KEEP IN MIND: The goal is to turn your mind off and focus on the background white noise paired with my sleep-inducing voice to create a sleep-inducing and stress-relieving experience.

  • Podcast Insights + Wandering Thoughts [πŸ’€ rain sounds β˜”]

    September 18th, 2019  |  1 hr 12 mins
    analysis, calm, growth, hosting, podcasting

The most advantageous way (in my experience) to make your insomnia go away is to put your mind to work in the form of (not so sexy) analysis & study. This episode goes over my current podcast insights, analytics, graphs, all the FUN data metrics. The icing on the cake is me analyzing my learnings in a whirlwind of thoughts infused into a sleep-inducing-stream-of-consciousness podcast. Rain sounds and crackling fire sounds are used on top of my voice to help you relax, relieve stress, and to help sleep. If rain AMSR is your jam, give us a listen :)

  • Week 2 NFL Picks + Anti-Power Rankings [fire + rainπŸ’€]

    September 13th, 2019  |  1 hr 33 mins
    football, nfl picks, sports

I review my NFL week 1 results & give my ill-informed and rushed week 2 picks in a mildly amusing manner (subjective). Typical power rankings are what everyone else does, I review my top ten ANTI-power rankings for NFL teams heading into week 2 of the season. This is primarily used for entertainment (barely) while the goal is to turn your mind off and focus on the background white noise. Paired with my sleep-inducing voice, good luck staying awake.

  • Chappelle, Aziz, Bill Burr, 18 Years Ago [fire + rain AMSR πŸ’€]

    September 12th, 2019  |  1 hr 23 mins
chappelle, comedy, insomnia, netflix, sleep, twitter

We (as in me) reflect on my 9/11 experience (18 years ago), read an interesting perspective from the web, and discuss the Dave Chappelle, Aziz Anazari, and Bill Burr's comedy specials all in a mildly interesting manner. Not too interesting to keep your attention, but enough to listen to the background rain and ambiance to help you relax and fall asleep. Close your eyes, let your mind wander, and hopefully, I curb your insomnia.

  • $25K Survival Football Picks + NFL Pick'em [week 1]

    September 6th, 2019  |  1 hr 18 mins
    football, gambling, nfl, picks, sports

I go over my weekly strategy in winning survival football but good luck trying to get through my podcast without falling asleep. Aside from my long-winded and insomnia-curing voice, listen to the calm white noise for relaxation before making semi-questionable football picks (though I'm not too shabby, IMO)
